Neuro-Operational Intelligence

We don't hire for job titles.
We hire for human architecture.

NOI is a multi-agent assessment platform that cross-reads résumé, neurofunctioning and life history — returning where a person performs, where they burn out, and what getting that choice wrong costs.

What NOI cross-references before recommending anyone

Applied neuroscience

How each person sustains focus, processes information and responds to pressure — measured from answers, not from a self-declared profile.

Responsibility engineering

The profile becomes a clear role in the RASCI matrix: who is responsible, who approves, who supports. Without it, a diagnosis changes nothing on Monday.

Real-life context

Routine, outside load and recovery are part of the calculation. Ignoring them means recommending an allocation for a person who does not exist.

How it works

Four phases, from diagnosis to decision

Each phase feeds the next. None of them ends in a report nobody opens.

  1. Diagnosis

The person answers the cognitive and the real-life questionnaires. The answers stay with them; management sees aggregate indicators only.

  2. Mapping

Résumé and day-to-day activities become an inventory of what they actually do — and of what they know how to do.

  3. Allocation

The recommended RASCI matrix points out who should answer for each front, with the reasoning next to it.

  4. Follow-up

Fit, coherence and operational strain become tracked numbers rather than hallway impressions.

Advantages

Why NOI outperforms traditional recruiting

We replace the subjective interview with measurable architecture.

Decisions in hours, not weeks

The multi-agent pipeline delivers a full diagnosis from ~12 minutes of assessment + 30s of processing.

Less early turnover

AUREA™ flags burnout risk and cultural mismatch before the hire is made.

Tailored onboarding

A RASCI matrix built per archetype speeds up integration and clarifies roles.

Fairness and auditability

Every classification leaves a trail: axes, signals, triggers and the agent responsible.

A living career map for the professional

A 24-page report that works as a self-knowledge tool and a wellbeing plan.

Scientific cross-reading

Every statement comes from cross-reading answers — never from a single isolated question.

ROI

What a bad hire actually costs

A bad hire in a mid-level leadership role costs, on average, between 6 and 18 months of salary — severance, re-recruiting, lost ramp-up and the impact on the team. NOI cuts that probability at the root.

Everything NOI delivers today

Every feature was designed to serve the company and the person being assessed at the same time.

F-01Multi-layer assessmentA science-based questionnaire with multiple options per question, cross-reading cognition, environment and life history.A diagnosis beyond the résumé in ~12 min.Plain language, no psychometric jargon.
F-02Automated résumé readingParses PDF, DOCX and TXT to extract technical skills and defining experiences — on top of what the person types in.Standardizes heterogeneous CVs and surfaces hidden skills.Uses the real track record, not just what they remembered to write.
F-03Functional archetypesInstead of job titles, it classifies the person into 4 ways of operating: Arquiteto, Integrador, Estrategista, Executor.Places people where they excel, not merely where they fit.Explains why they thrive in some environments and wear down in others.
F-04AUREA™ Agent (IIE / DDD)Measures energetic integrity and coherence under pressure. Detects burnout risk before the hire.Prevents early exits and performance drops.Points out where to protect their health and energy.
F-05Custom RASCI matrixGenerates responsibilities (R/A/S/C/I) per workstream based on the candidate's real archetype mix.A role designed to measure, not a generic template.Clarity on what will be expected and what can be delegated.
F-06Dual recommendations and risksSeparate insights for the hiring company and for the professional, with belonging and gratitude rituals.Reduces onboarding friction and raises retention.A care plan and a route to healthy performance gains.
F-0724-page PDF reportA complete document: profile, axes, RASCI, risks, recommendations, interpreted résumé and action plan.An executive deliverable for the hiring committee.Career self-knowledge material.
F-08Multi-agent AI pipelineChain-of-Thought with specialized agents: Curriculum, Cognitive, AUREA and Writer.Auditable, repeatable decisions at scale.A fair assessment, free of a single evaluator's bias.
Classification criteria

Why a person lands in each archetype

It isn't a label: it's the cross-reading of the axes, the answers and the interpreted résumé.

Human Systems Architect

Archetype

Sees patterns where others see noise.

Designs structures, flows and relationships between people and processes. Thinks in layers, anticipates consequences and turns complexity into functional design.

Signals in the axes
  • High cognitive complexity combined with a strong creation vs. maintenance tilt
  • A track record of redesigning processes, departments or frameworks from scratch
  • Low tolerance for repetition + moderate-to-high risk appetite
Triggers in the CV and answers
  • Answers signaling discomfort with 'that's how it's always been done'
  • A CV with moves across industries or into structuring roles
  • Leadership vs. support pulling toward leading by design, not by command

Redesigning entire areas · Mapping invisible processes
Wears down in
Rigid bureaucracies · Command-and-control hierarchies

Integrator

Archetype

Stitches together worlds that normally do not talk.

Moves fluidly between areas, languages and levels. Reduces friction between teams and turns conflict into coordination.

Signals in the axes
  • High functional socialization + high context variability
  • A cross-functional track record: mediation or onboarding of entire areas
  • Moderate hyperfocus — prefers breadth over extreme depth
Triggers in the CV and answers
  • Comfort translating between the languages of different areas

Frequently asked questions

Privacy, no fine print

Does my manager see my well-being check-ins?

Never. The answers are encrypted and only you can see them. At most, the organization receives a risk color (green/yellow/red) — and only if you have chosen to share your routine.

Who sees my declared routine (RASCI)?

By default, only you. Your manager only sees the comparison if you tick "share with the organization" — and you can untick it in a new declaration.

Can I delete my data?

Yes. In your profile you can export everything (portability), revoke specific consents and request full deletion of the account (LGPD).

Do the perception surveys show who answered what?

The app doesn't show it. In the scale surveys only averages appear, and only with at least 3 responses. In the question where you name colleagues, your answer is stored under your name — that's what lets you change or delete it — but no screen, report or export links who named whom: leadership sees a count, and only above a minimum. Anyone with direct access to the database can see that link; the promise is that the app never shows it, not that it doesn't exist.

The full glossary and the remaining answers are in Help and glossary.
