How NOI works

NOI translates how each person works — and cross-references that with what they do day to day — so that allocation, management and hiring stop being guesswork. Below, the meaning of each acronym and the answers about privacy.

Glossary

MIV-FT™ (cognitive assessment)
The 14-question questionnaire that identifies how you work: your main archetype, energy axes and context. It is not a test — there is no right answer.
Archetype
The pattern of cognitive functioning identified by the assessment (e.g. Architect, Executor). It is the "how you think", not a value label.
RASCI
Responsibility roles on a work front: Responsible (executes), Accountable (decides), Support (supports), Consulted (advises), Informed (is kept informed).
Declared vs. recommended RASCI
The declared one is what you SAY you do day to day; the recommended one is what the science suggests for your profile. The gap between them shows overload or underuse.
FCF — Cognitive-Functional Fit (0–100)
How well a work front matches your profile (and, if you uploaded a résumé, your skills). High ≥ 70, medium 40–69, low < 40.
IEO — Operational Strain Index (0–100)
How much your declared routine fights what your profile can sustain, weighted by load. Green ≤ 10, yellow ≤ 25, red > 25 (Burnout Alert).
AUREA™ (Real Life Module)
Optional well-being check-in (sleep, energy, mood). Health data: encrypted, visible only to you, revocable — and revoking erases everything.
ICT — Team Coherence Index (0–100)
A view of the team as a system: coverage of the fronts, balance of profiles and leadership perception. Always with the dimensions used stated up front.
CIF™ (roles and fit per opening)
HR builds roles from the catalog of fronts and the engine shows who can sustain each role — with risks and evidence from the résumé.

Privacy and consents

Does my manager see my well-being check-ins?

Never. The answers are encrypted and only you can see them. At most, the organization receives a risk color (green/yellow/red) — and only if you have chosen to share your routine.

Who sees my declared routine (RASCI)?

By default, only you. Your manager only sees the comparison if you tick "share with the organization" — and you can untick it in a new declaration.

Can I delete my data?

Yes. In your profile you can export everything (portability), revoke specific consents and request full deletion of the account (LGPD).

Do the perception surveys show who answered what?

The app doesn't show it. In the scale surveys only averages appear, and only with at least 3 responses. In the question where you name colleagues, your answer is stored under your name — that's what lets you change or delete it — but no screen, report or export links who named whom: leadership sees a count, and only above a minimum. Anyone with direct access to the database can see that link; the promise is that the app never shows it, not that it doesn't exist.

All your consents are gathered in the consent center of your profile.
